Uniquely positioned where park meets the city, the building is located within one of Melbourne’s most culturally and historically significant precincts. Architects Bates Smart’s design essence comprises a sophisticated composition of forms that will stand as a timeless contribution to Melbourne’s city skyline; a visually arresting interpretation of its history and style.

Inspired by a Flinders Lane legacy.

The vertical and horizontal patterns of the building’s facade create a woven veil inspired by the legacy of the Flinders Lane garment trade and the civic masonry of Spring Street. The rich textures and patterns formed by the facade provide a clear contrast to the surrounding buildings, clearly defining it as an exclusive residential address.

Retreat meets inner city living.

Located on level 9 are amenities akin to a world-class hotel, creating a truly exquisite well being environment that provides a sanctuary within the city. A stunning collection of Atelier Vierkant planters and Tribu products line the floor to ceiling windows, where relaxation retreat meets inner city living.

    Hand-crafted planters that will last a lifetime. These pots are sculptural pieces for the home and garden that are constructed using unique clay from different regions of Germany. They are made using moulds and are slowly hand carved and sculpted by a team of around 20 master craftspeople which effectively gives each planters their one of a kind aesthetic.

    The Contour Club Chair is characterised by a tube in powder-coated stainless steel that follows the outline of the chair in one elegant continuous line. The open weave of the backrest appears to float unsuspended around the seat. The weave is made of weather-resistant Tricord and gives extra support to the lower back.
